CANCELLATION POLICY

Salon Policy’s • No Smoking or Vaping!! • No extra guests please! Due to limited seating. • No children allowed!! Due to dangerous chemicals and sharp objects. Booking Policy • To secure your appointment a deposit of 35% of the total will be charged. This amount will go towards your appointment total! • Please make sure to book all services you need! (You may not get additional services that weren't pre-booked.) Cancellation/Resheduling Policy • Cancellation any later than 24 hours before appointment day will result in forfeiting the deposit! • Must reschedule at least 12 hours prior to appointment day! Late No Show Policy • If you are later than 10-15 minutes you may have an abbreviated serivce. • If you are more than 15 mins late we will have to cancel/reschedule your appointment. • No Call No Show will mean you forfeit appointment deposit!
